Precautions To Control High Blood Pressure



                                                    High blood pressure occur when the pressure with in blood,vessels is to high.People with an average blood pressure reading of more than 140/90 are considered to have high blood pressure..                                              




Precautions To Control High Blood Pressure     

1-Avoid Salt



Avoid taking salt in your meals,if necessary add only a little.

2-Meat & Egg



Eating meat and egg also raises blood pressure.So these should be avoided by the patients of high blood pressure.

3-Fried & Oily Food



Fried and oily foods also cause high blood pressure.Avoid eating fried and oily food for controlling high blood pressure.

4-Fresh Vegetables



Add more amount of fresh vegetables and fruits to your everyday diet.This will help you're a lot to control your blood pressure and bring it to normal states.

5-Sleep Well



Take a sleep of at least 8 hours daily.

6-Tension & Stress



Avoid tension and strain.It will increase your blood pressure.
